Duties

a) To allocate the Treasury immovables within the scope of the following institutions, as well as changing the allocation purpose and canceling the allocation: Public administrations within the scope of the special budget, regulatory and supervisory institutions, social security institutions, municipalities, special administrations, village legal entities, the union affiliated to the municipalities and established by the municipalities or to which they are members. and administrations, unions and administrations affiliated to special provincial administrations and established by special provincial administrations and to which they are a member, and other public administrations that have allocation provision in their founding laws.

b) To analyze the immovables allocated to the above-mentioned public administrations on the basis of provinces and districts, to determine the idle immovables and to develop suggestions for their recruitment to the economy, to determine the new allocation needs and to determine the appropriate immovables,

c) To carry out the procedures for leaving the immovables filled by the municipalities to the disposal of the municipalities,

ç) To carry out the transactions regarding the immovables that are stated to be transferred free of charge in accordance with the relevant Laws,

d) To carry out the procedures regarding keeping the inventory and classification of the allocations made pursuant to subparagraph (a).
