Duties
a) To carry out the procedures regarding the goods that are required to be transferred to the Treasury pursuant to applicable laws and agreements,
b) To carry out the works and procedures related to the acquisition and exchange of service buildings and public residences, immovables belonging to the Treasury, by signing a protocol with public institutions and organizations and professional organizations that qualify as public institutions, including those required by our Ministry,
c) To evaluate the immovables belonging to the Treasury to be determined by the President of the Republic, together with real estate investment trusts or other real and legal persons by signing a construction contract on the basis of real estate sales promise and revenue sharing in return for land share
ç) To carry out the swap procedures of immovables owned privately by the Treasury,
d) To carry out transactions regarding immovables belonging to real and legal persons staying in the protected area,
e) To carry out the swap transactions within the scope of Provisional Article 4 of the Law No. 4706 on the Evaluation of Immovable Property Belonging to the Treasury and Amending the Value Added Tax Law,
f) To carry out the swap procedures to be made within the scope of the Expropriation Law No. 2942,
g) To carry out purchasing procedures on account of tax liability in accordance with the Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for Collection of Public Receivables,
ğ) To carry out the procedures within the scope of Temporary Article 41 of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No.5510.
