Department of Inspection and Valuation

Duties

a) To carry out the procedures regarding the inspection, audit, examination and investigation in the areas within the organization and duty field of the General Directorate,

b) To carry out the procedures regarding the establishment of inspection groups and determination of group coordinators in large provincial centers,

c) To carry out the procedures regarding the investigation to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Declaration of Property No.3628, the preliminary examination and disciplinary investigation in accordance with the Law on the Trial of Civil Servants and Other Public Officials numbered 4483,

ç) To conduct an analysis of the needs, effectiveness and efficiency of the audits, examinations and investigations carried out in the provincial organization regarding the national real estate business and transactions, to ensure the coordination of the National Real Estate Experts and Assistant National Real Estate Experts to be assigned in this context with the General Directorate,

d) To take measures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection, audit, examination and investigation, to present opinions and suggestions in order to improve the standards, principles, methods and techniques regarding reporting, to evaluate the notices and complaints from real persons or private law legal entities and institutions and organizations ,

e) To develop a performance-based audit strategy with the objective to ensure that the duties are carried out effectively, economically and efficiently,

f) To identify the problems encountered during the execution of the transactions, the risky areas that may cause problems, and to develop suggestions for the smooth execution of the transactions.

g) To determine the procedures and principles regarding the duties and operation of the price determination commissions, to develop the standards, principles, methods and techniques for appraisal, to prepare the guides,

ğ) To ensure the coordination of price determination commissions, to coordinate the valuation studies to be carried out within the plan and program to be prepared by years,

h) To conduct studies and works on the determination of the sales, rent, barter, easement rights and usage permits of the Treasury immovables, and the determination of the costs of income, and coordinating the entry of these and the square meter unit values ??based on real estate tax into the MEOP database,

ı) To carry out studies and works to establish a value index for treasury immovables,

i) To carry out valuation process through its experts and to conduct value research on the web,

j) To carry out studies regarding the inventory and valuation of Treasury immovables, to direct and monitor the applications for these studies,

k) To establish the valuation criteria for determining the prices of the Treasury immovables for sale, rent, barter, permit, easement and usage permit, checking whether the valuation is made in accordance with the standardization regarding the process.
