Duties

a) In accordance with the Presidential Decree on the Presidential Organization (Decree Number: 1) and the provisions of the Public Financial Management and Control Law No.5018 dated 10/12/2003, to allocate Treasury immovables to the public administrations administered by the general budget, change the purpose of allocation and cancel the allocation accordingly,

b) In accordance with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 18/03/1986 and numbered 86/10497, to carry out the allocation procedures of the Treasury immovables in the cultural and tourism protection development zones, tourism centers, culture and tourism protection development sub-zones and and to carry out transactions within this scope, including leaving the mentioned Ministry of Culture and Tourism in accordance with the provisions of the protocol signed between the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Finance,

c) To analyze immovables allocated to public administrations by institutions on the basis of provinces and districts, to identify immovable properties that are inactive and to develop suggestions for their recruitment to the economy, to determine new allocation needs and to determine the appropriate immovables,

ç) To carry out the procedures for keeping inventory records of all kinds of rights such as use, easement, operation, concession on immovable properties belonging to the Treasury in foreign countries used by public institutions of the Republic of Turkey,

d) To keep the inventory and ensure the classification of the allocations performed in accordance with subparagraph (a).
