Duties
a) To carry out transactions related to the establishment of usage permits and easement rights outside the area of duty of the Special Easement Office, including the processing of requests for tourism purposes on the immovables allocated to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, cultural and tourism protection development zones, areas other than tourism centers (excluding the allocation of tourism areas),
b) To coordinate the determination of the Treasury immovables that may be subject to the establishment of easement right and usage permit together with the Investment and Incentive Department and their submission within a plan by taking into consideration the public interest accordingly,
c) To determine the annual easement right and utilization permit revenue targets for the provinces together with the Special Easement Rights Department and the Investment and Incentive Department and establishing performance criteria, as well as monitoring and reporting the realizations on a monthly basis.
