Department of Acquisition

Duties

a) To carry out the works and procedures that are required to be fulfilled in accordance with the Decree Laws enacted within the scope of the state of emergency declared throughout the country by the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 20/7/2016 and numbered 2016/9064,

b) To prepare drafts such as general communiqués, procedures and principles, circulars and internal circulars that are required to be issued in accordance with the Decree Laws enacted within the scope of the state of emergency declared by the Council of Ministers Decree No. 2016/9064 dated 20/7/2016,

c) To carry out the liquidation procedures of political parties,

ç) To carry out transactions related to immovables to be transferred to the Ministry of Health in accordance with the Law on the Transfer of Health Units of Some Public Institutions and Organizations to the Ministry of Health,

d) To fulfill other duties to be assigned accordingly.
