Duties

aa) To carry out the procedures to be carried out within the scope of the Law No. 6292 on Supporting the Development of Forest Villagers and the Evaluation of the Lands Excluded from the Forest Borders in the Name of the Treasury and the Sale of Agricultural Lands Belonging to the Treasury,

b) To carry out the works and procedures within the scope of 101 / m of the Presidential Decree (No.: 1) on the Presidential Organization,

c) To carry out the works and procedures related to the sale of agricultural lands belonging to the Treasury within the scope of the twelfth paragraph of Article 4 of Law No. 4706,

ç) To carry out the works and procedures concerning the Housing Development Administration,

d) To carry out other project issues to be assigned.

e) To carry out works and procedures related to the sale of public houses in order to bring them into the economy within the scope of Article 4 of Law No. 4706.
