Duties

a) To provide the necessary coordination and control for the development of business intelligence applications for the preparation and presentation of statistics and reports for the needs of the central and provincial organizations of the Directorate General,

b) To coordinate the representation of the reports, statistics and graphics required within the scope of MEOP with the geographical information systems base,

c) To coordinate the personalization of statistics and reports with Business Intelligence Mobile applications,

d) To ensure the necessary controls to ensure data integrity between the SAP ASE database where the Head Office data is stored and the SAP IQ data warehouse where business intelligence applications are run.

e) To provide the necessary controls about taking SAP ASE database backups at certain periods and keeping them on the disk set for a certain period of time.

f) To coordinate the infrastructure works in order to ensure the integration of MEOP modules with other public institutions and organizations

g) To coordinate the necessary activities in order to adapt the existing MEOP software and new application requests related to the General Directorate and provincial operations to the changing legislation.

h) To coordinate the content and design works of the corporate website (internet-intranet). To monitor the live connection continuity and updating works of our site where the advertisements are published with MEOP. Coordinating our membership system and e-government integration efforts. To ensure the follow-up and coordination of intranet contents and workflow applications.

i) To coordinate the development of KTS (public immovable system) and allocation practices for institutions opened to external institutions. In this context, coordinating user transactions, statistics and reporting requirements.

j) To ensure the data entry control and application analysis of applications developed within the scope of MEOP in coordination with relevant departments.

k) To ensure the coordination of the general directorate that carries out the information processing activities of the Ministry and the general directorate of national real estate in technical affairs within the scope of information processing activities.
