Department of Private Servitudes (Easement Rights)
Duties
a) To carry out all kinds of coastal structures (including marinas) and all kinds of coastal structures in the areas to be obtained / to be obtained by coastal filling or drying, and in the back areas within the project integrity, to carry out transactions related to the investment that are integrated with the immovables under the private ownership of the Treasury,
b) To carry out transactions related to coastal areas and structures within the scope of the Law No. 4046 on Regulation of Privatization Practices and Amending Certain Laws and Decree Laws,
c) To carry out the procedures regarding the easement right and usage permit to be established in accordance with the Law on Making Certain Investments and Services within the Framework of Build-Operate-Transfer Model No. 3996,
ç) To carry out the procedures regarding the establishment of easement rights on the Treasury immovables in accordance with the provisions of the following laws: "Law No. 6428 on Building, Renovation and Service, and Amending Certain Laws and Decree Laws by the Ministry of Health with the Public Private Cooperation Model" and the Ministers "Implementation Regulation on Building, Renewal and Service Procurement by the Ministry of Health with the Public Private Cooperation Model" dated 21/03/2014 and numbered 2014/6282,
d) To determine the annual easement right and utilization permit revenue targets for the provinces together with the General Easement Rights Department and the Investment and Incentive Department and establishing performance criteria, monitoring and reporting the realizations on a monthly basis
