Duties

a) To carry out the procedures regarding the modification or cancellation of the records regarding real and personal rights written in the land registry or annotations and declarations,

b) To carry out the deed registration of the immovables registered to the title deed in the name of the Treasury, which are transformed into a real property not subject to registration,

c) To seek solutions for the problems and disputes arising in the management, control and qualification change of public middle goods, to carry out the procedures related to the implementation of the temporary article 3 of the Pasture Law No. 4342,

ç) To examine and analyze the hesitations that arise in trusteeship procedures and to express their opinion,

d) To carry out the procedures for giving notification bonus to those who notify the Treasury of immovables that are not known to the Treasury, although they should be transferred to the disposal or ownership of the Treasury,

e) To evaluate the requests for treasure search permission,

f) To prepare the necessary legislative changes by determining the areas where lawsuits and disputes related to the Treasury immovables are concentrated, taking mitigation measures,

g) To carry out the procedures for land area errors, correction of duplicate registrations and type correction in immovables belonging to the Treasury,

ğ) To carry out the procedures related to the unenforceable land registry records of the Treasury during the cadastral works,

h) To determine the opinion of the Ministry on whether to participate in the sales to be made in accordance with the decisions taken by the Courts regarding the removal of the partnership by sale as a result of the lawsuits filed by other shareholders regarding the immovables in which the Treasury is a shareholder,

ı) Regarding the ownership of the immovables, to evaluate whether a lawsuit will be filed against those concerned by the Treasury in judicial jurisdictions or whether it would be appropriate to withdraw the lawsuits filed, and to form an opinion on the immovables, to be the basis of the claim and defense to be made by the Treasury, in cases filed by the Treasury or against the Treasury,

i) To carry out the procedures regarding the administrative lawsuits filed against the Ministry (General Directorate) by taking the opinions of the relevant departments.
