Duties
a) To purchase and distribute the movables deemed required by the General Directorate,
b) To make the accrual procedures of the payments to be made to the personnel and the movable purchase price,
c) To follow and carry out photocopy and fax transactions,
ç) To repair movable properties that are in need of repair,
d) To keep movable records and to carry out related transactions,
e) To carry out the allocation of the vehicles, which are deemed suitable for use among the vehicles transferred to the Treasury or transferred to the Ministry for liquidation purposes by the general budget institutions, to the relevant units of the Ministry.
