Branch Office of Budget and Investment

Duties

a) To prepare a detailed spending program on the annual central government budget appropriations in quarterly periods,

b) To carry out budget transactions such as individual release, transfer from reserve appropriation and transfer between orders, sending appropriations during the year,

c) To carry out the transactions in the implementation stages of the finalized investment programs,

ç) To prepare the multi-annual (3-year) current budget proposal and performance budget proposal belonging to the central and provincial organizations of the Directorate General and to submit them to the Ministry Strategy Development Directorate,

d) To carry out studies on the articles that should be included in the Draft Budget Law Text and Annex,

e) To prepare the expense disclosures linked to the previous year's final account statements,

f) To prepare the General Directorate investment program proposals.
