Duties

a) To carry out all procedures regarding drafts such as law, Presidential decree, decree with the force of law, bylaws, regulations, communiqués, procedures and principles, circulars, internal circulars to be prepared by the relevant Departments in relation to the organization and areas of the Directorate General

b) To express the opinion of our General Directorate on the drafts regarding the legislation regarding the acquisition and management of real estate by other public administrations,

c) To compile the legislative documents related to the duties of the General Directorate,

ç) To notify the Research and Development Department in order to ensure that all legislation related to the Treasury immovables, such as the law, Presidential decree, decree, statute, regulation, communiqué, procedure and principle, circular, internal circular, are kept up-to-date in electronic environment,

d) To systematically archive the general articles written within the scope of the duties and authorities of our General Directorate and the opinion letters given on special issues in the National Real Estate Automation Project (MEOP) environment,

e) To prepare and update the operation instructions regarding the central and provincial organization of the Directorate General
