Duties
a) To carry out procedures regarding the lease of Treasury immovables,
b) To carry out out the lease of agricultural land owned by the Treasury to farmers,
c) To carry out out the lease of Treasury immovables requested for afforestation,
ç) To carry out the procedures regarding the leasing of fishermen's shelters,
d) To carry out the identification of Treasury immovables that may be subject to lease and their submission for lease within a plan, taking into consideration the public interest,
e) To carry out the necessary procedures regarding the lease, termination and evacuation procedures of the Treasury immovables and to prepare drafts such as communiqués, procedures and principles, circulars and internal circulars,
f) To carry out financial transactions (unrelated to sales, allocation, easement rights and usage permits) in accordance with the determination programs to be prepared by the Technical Services Department by years,
g) To set the annual rental income amounts and targets for provinces, to establish performance criteria and to monitor and report realizations on a monthly basis.
