Duties

a) To carry out the works and procedures related to Laws No.4325 and 5084, to monitor the committed investments on immovable properties transferred within the scope of the said Laws,

b) To carry out the procedures regarding the granting of preliminary permit, permit of use or establishment of easement in accordance with the Additional Article 3 of the Law No. 4706 and the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Allocation of Public Immovables to Investments,

c) To carry out the procedures related to the Decision on the Procedures and Principles for the Implementation of the Attraction Centers Program, annexed to the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 28/11/2016 and numbered 2016/9596

ç) To identify Treasury immovables that are large-scale, high value-added, bringing new technology and may be subject to investments with special features, to create a portfolio by classifying them by sectors, and to carry out transactions (such as sales, easement rights) for investment purposes within a plan

d) To ensure the necessary contact and cooperation with the Investment Support and Promotion Agency regarding the procurement of large-scale, high value-added, new technology and feature investment places, to carry out information and promotional activities, and to carry out transactions regarding requests submitted by the Agency,

e) To ensure the coordination regarding the actions of the programs to improve the investment environment that concern our General Directorate,

f) To determine the targets for Treasury immovables that may be subject to annual investments and incentives for provinces and establishing performance criteria, monitoring and reporting the realizations on a monthly basis.

g) To coordinate the determination of the Treasury immovables that may be subject to the establishment of easement right and the use permit together with the General Easement Rights Office and their submission within a plan by considering the public interest accordingly,

ğ) To determine the annual easement right and utilization permit revenues targets for the provinces together with the General Easement Rights and Special Easement Rights Departments and establishing performance criteria, as well as monitoring and reporting the realizations on a monthly basis.
