Duties

a) To determine the properties of the Treasury, to ensure that surveys, maps, plans, zoning plans, zoning plans and zoning applications of all types and sizes are carried out within the scope of the projects to be produced for these immovables,

b) To carry out all transactions related to the development and evaluation of special Treasury immovables in cooperation with other public institutions and organizations when necessary,

c) To evaluate the immovables belonging to the Treasury to be determined by the President of the Republic, together with real estate investment trusts or other real and legal persons by signing a construction contract on the basis of real estate sales promise and revenue sharing in return for land shares,

ç) Within the scope of projects determined by the President and the High Planning Council, to develop and evaluate treasury immovables,

d) To carry out the procedures (excluding transactions related to coastal areas and structures) within the scope of the Law No. 4046 on Regulating Privatization Practices and Amending Certain Laws and Decree Laws,

e) To carry out the necessary evaluation and giving an appropriate opinion on whether the immovables determined by our Ministry within the framework of Article 2 / c of the Law No.6306 are inconvenient to declare as reserve building areas,

f) To carry out the allocation and transfer procedures of the immovables in the places declared as reserve building areas.
