Department of General Sales Affairs

Duties

a) To carry out the procedures related to the sale of immovables belonging to the Treasury through the tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of the State Tender Law No. 2886,

b) To carry out all kinds of transactions regarding the temporary article 3 of the Social Security Law No.5502 as amended by Law No.5538,

c) To coordinate the determination of the Treasury immovables that are included in the zoning plan and which are possible to be sold, and the non-zoned Treasury immovables located in villages and towns and to offer the same for sale within a plan accordingly,

ç) To carry out the procedures for providing social facilities and public buildings for the economy individually.
