Department of Private Sales Affairs

Duties

a) To carry out the procedures regarding the sale of Treasury immovables to public institutions and organizations, public benefit associations, real persons and private law legal entities, without being subject to the provisions of various laws,

b) To carry out sales transactions to be made in accordance with Laws No. 4071 and 4072,

c) To carry out the procedures regarding the issuance of Treasury immovables to state economic enterprises to be offset against their capital,

ç) To carry out the procedures regarding the immovables that are required to be transferred to the municipalities according to the sixth paragraph of Article 5 of Law No.

d) To carry out the procedures for bringing social facilities and public buildings to the economy within the scope of a project,

e) To carry out the procedures regarding the sale of immovables within the borders of Havza-i Fahmiye

f) To carry out the transactions regarding the sale of immovables in Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa province, which was valid before the effective date of Law numbered 6360 within the scope of Provisional Article 18 of the Law numbered 4706

g) To carry out expropriation procedures authorized by our Ministry, including expropriation procedures for private law legal entities holding pre-license or license, engaged in generation activities within the scope of the Electricity Market Law No. 6446, within the principles specified in the Expropriation Law No. 2942,

ğ) To carry out the procedures regarding the liquidation of movables.
