Duties

a) To prepare annual work programs in a way to cover the activities to be carried out and the business plans that include their start and end times, the allocation of personnel and financial resources and reporting activities,

b) To carry out the procedures regarding the communication of the Experts to be assigned with the inspection, audit, examination and investigation with the central units of the public institutions and organizations, the issuance and returning of official seal

c) To convey the prepared reports to the relevant units in order to fulfill their requirements and to follow the results,

ç) To carry out the issues regarding the reports issued by other audit units (TCA Presidency, Internal Audit Unit, etc.) by ensuring the necessary coordination with the relevant units,

d) To provide data on monitoring and evaluation of examination and audit results, as well as creating statistics, on auditing and planning,

e) To make opinions and suggestions to improve the standards, principles, methods and techniques regarding reporting, to evaluate the notices and complaints from citizens and other institutions,

f) To ensure the tracking and archiving of the reports issued in the central and provincial organizations regarding national real estate business and transactions,

g) To carry out secretariat services related to other transactions of the Audit and Valuation Department.
